Adult Theatre Fit

Looking for a theatrical and super healthy OUTLET? This is it! Come join us on Tuesday and Thursday nights! All abilities welcome (and yes teens can come too). It’s so good to do new things and be a beginner. It’s ok to not be in shape when you start. It’s ok if you don’t know how to dance. It’s ok if you don’t know anyone there. Theatre Fitness is a program dedicated to building a better more resilient you. We do this by creating an atmosphere where you have the options you need to succeed and all the love, and inclusiveness you need and deserve. Making time for a show is not always possible, but that doesn’t mean you can’t reserve one hour for yourself! It’s time to come out of hiding and unleash your drama with us!
