T-Fit Live is for performers, choreographers, and directors who want to stay performance-ready — physically, mentally, and artistically. Whether you're prepping for auditions, between contracts, or holding down a day job while chasing the next callback, this class keeps you sharp.

We drill. We sweat. We build performance endurance, choreo retention, and musicality under pressure — all in a supportive, high-energy environment that feels like the best kind of rehearsal room.

    Get ready for a glow-in-the-dark Halloween dance party like no other! Join us for a free night of black lights costumes and spooky musical theater choreography from Hadestown, Addams, Family, Beetlejuice, and more! Open to teens and adults. Waiver and pick up form required.

T-Fit Class Breakdown

Time: 1 hr

WARMUP + HYPE SONG (5 minutes)​

Class begins with a warmup involving simple low intensity movement to warm the body, isolations, and dynamic stretches. If time allows, we include a stand-alone “hype song” to further set the stage for an incredible fitness experience like none other!

ACT 1 (20 minutes)

Our first block of choreography is taught with music throughout and builds move by move as we fine tune it through each repetition. Each song builds off the next, providing an opportunity to insert texture and style to the choreography!​

INTERMISSION (5 minutes)

No popcorn here, just a low intensity combination to bring the heart rate down and prepare for the second act.

ACT 2 (20 minutes)

We learn a second block of choreography in the same progressive style.

CORE (5 minutes)

We leave our mark on this workout (literally) as we bring our beautifully sweaty bodies to the floor for Pilates work! The objective is to incorporate lower abdominal breathing to support the spine and improve recovery and breath technique for our actors seeking vocal breath conditioning!

COOLDOWN (5 minutes)

We relish in our final cooldown song with slow movement to bring the heart rate down followed with a full body stretch. This is where we soak in all the benefits of seeing this workout through with all its highs and lows and we CELEBRATE!

Are you a beginner?

Learning new things can be hard and uncomfortable. It's normal to feel nervous embarrassed, frustrated or even sad. At T-Fit there is no judgement; we respect and honor the struggle. We also learn to not take ourselves to seriously and laugh! This learning space is an opportunity to grow, as we set aside our self-doubt and inner critic. We challenge you to commit to 3 classes so you can experience the sweet satisfaction of nailing the choreography like we know you can!
