T-Fit Experience (1hr)
A high-energy, one-hour masterclass often used as an adrenaline boost- helping students disarm, connect as an ensemble, and step into rehearsal with confidence.
Vocal Bootcamp
Teaches singers how to belt like a Broadway star, and how to hold onto strong healthy vocal technique when heart rate is high and performance demands increase.
Dance Fundamentals
