THEATRE FITNESS

Exercise to Show Tunes.

Theatre Fitness is a high-energy, choreography-driven workout set to the show tunes you love. Built for adults and teens who miss the stage (or can’t get enough of it), each class blends expressive movement with real strength and stamina — so you leave sweaty, strong, and fully alive.

How Theatre Fitness works

Theatre Fitness is a 60-minute, performance-driven training class designed to build confident movers, stronger performers, and real stamina — without feeling intimidating or inaccessible.

Part 1: Progressive Choreography
  • Movement is layered step-by-step

  • Accessible for non-dancers

  • Challenging and satisfying for trained dancers

  • Builds coordination, musicality, and confidence

Part 2: Technique + Conditioning
  • Strengthen the muscles that support dance

  • Improve speed, agility, and control

  • Reinforce foot articulation, alignment, and clarity

  • Back flexibility with strength

Part 3: Stretch + Integration
  • Intentional stretching

  • Breath awareness

  • Reset and recovery

  • Leave feeling accomplished, not wrecked

The Results

More confidence in choreography

  • Performers stop second-guessing their bodies and start committing to movement.

Stronger choreography retention

  • Progressive layering helps movement patterns lock in faster and last longer.

Clearer, more controlled movement

  • Choreography stays sharp instead of falling apart as demands increase.

Stamina that supports real performance

  • Performers last longer, recover faster, and maintain energy through full routines.

A body built to support dance

  • Strength, flexibility, and resilience improve together — so movement feels powerful instead of exhausting.

Who Theatre Fitness Is For

IMG_2869_edited.jpg

Theatre Fitness is designed for performers who want to move with more confidence, clarity, and stamina — and are ready to train in a way that supports real performance demands.

This class is a great fit if you are:

  • A musical theatre performer who wants choreography to feel more possible — not overwhelming

  • A dancer looking to build stamina, control, and consistency across full routines

  • A non-dancer who wants to build confidence through progressive, accessible choreography

  • A student preparing for auditions, rehearsals, or performances

  • A performer who wants training that feels musical, expressive, and purposeful — not generic

Theatre Fitness may not be the best fit if you’re looking for a casual, follow-along workout with no focus on skill development or performance.
